Wholesale orchids Ordering Policies

• Prices quoted are F.O.B and subject to change without prior notice.
• Minimum order: US$1500.00 per consignment.
• Payment is to be made upon confirmation of order in US currency by T/T only.
• Shipment within 14- 20 workings days after receipt of payment by air freight or air parcel as per your instruction.
• Airfreight or postage will be borne by customer.
• Plants are shipped in pots unless otherwise instructed.
• Availability of flasks/plants is subjects to confirmation upon ordering. When plants are not available, substitutes will be made with plants of similar capacity.
• We assure the greatest possible care will be taken in packing and that we guarantee that all products leave domestic ports in good condition. Any damage caused during transportation and due to condition changes are beyond shipper’s control and is not of shipper’s responsibility.
• In the event of a complaint of defect and quality, buyer is to provide photo proof within 24 hours from receipt of goods. 
• It is customer’s responsibility to provide the necessary documents in adherence to their government’s importation regulations.
• Phytosanitary Certificate and CITES (Convention of International Trade of Endangered Species) for export will accompany the shipment at the cost of US$90 per shipment for orders less than US$1,500.-
